Not good if we don't adequately prepare and educate our young people on the unavoidable conditions that life will bring. The BRIG Co. holds a deep responsibility to strengthen and improve the future generations of the MS Delta to ensure that there is a beautiful future to look forward to.
Quarterly Pop-Ups & Community Engagement
The BRIG Co. connects with local businesses to conduct regular and random community service activities including
- Free snow cone giveaways
- Participation as a vendor at health fairs accross the MS Delta
- Provide school supply donations to youth
The 2025 Back-2-Schoool Party Recap
The BRIG Co. held a school giveaway in Greenville, MS (Washington County). We started off with an 60 minute "Empowerment Session" that involved 3 of our board members speaking on topics that they specialize in including, conflict resolution, identifying good and/or bad friendships, abstinence, modesty, age-appropriate appearance, how to avoid legal problems, understanding law enforcement, and how temporary emotions cause irrational behaviors that can result in long-term consequences.
All school-aged attendees were provided a clear backpack containing school supplies or crayon boxes (depending on their age). We were able to give over $400 worth of door prizes. We concluded with chilly & cheese hotdogs and snow cones that paired perfectly with 2 outdoor water slides.

The Youth Empowerment Workshops Recap
The BRIG Co. held a series of workshops with Delta Area churches centered around mental and emotional health. Conversations and activities were tailored for ages 5 to 18 and revolved around not avoiding who or what you don’t like but learning how to increase one's capacity to handle whatever life present. We were able to give $100 worth of door prizes, and we concluded with a lunch.
